"We want to thank you for such an inspiring keynote session and a thank you for attending our conference and dinner. You are such a vibrant, smart, funny, inspiring person and it has been an honour to work with you. Our evaluations mentioned you as a highlight of the Summit, and many of the attendants wanted you to come back again next year."
"Caroline spoke at our Annual Conference in May 2018. Her talk was thought provoking, emotional and inspiring and she had the audience completely enthralled for the duration. She was a true professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The feedback we have received from delegates following the event has been extremely positive."
"The event went very well. Caroline was outstanding. The overall feedback was excellent and she contributed highly to the success of our 2 days event. We kept going for 2 hours and could have stayed another hour. It never felt that she was doing a job, and she became part of the Kerry family in no time. To summarise her strength – authenticity, huge energy and credibility, engaging and challenging."
Caroline Casey’s latest initiative, #valuable, has reached 810 million people to date and resulted in her working with the world’s most influential CEOs, brands and platforms to put disability on the global business leadership agenda. Casey is also a TED speaker and a past advisor for the Clinton Global Initiative and is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
As a child, Dublin-born Caroline developed an eye condition (ocular albinism) that renders her legally blind, but it wasn’t until she was planning to drive that her family finally informed her of her ‘disability’.
Her approach now is the same one she took then, at just 17. Look past your limits. Tap into and activate your potential. And if you fail, ‘fail fabulously’ and start over.
This message of resilience and compassion has brought Caroline to events across the globe and on adventures like 2017’s 1000km horse trek through Colombia to speak at One Young World.
An advisor, ambassador, mentor, board member and international speaker, Caroline has a remarkable and rare ability to connect with people. Her extraordinary personal story of coming to terms with her own hidden disability and turning that perceived ‘weakness’ into professional and personal success is relatable, funny, humbling and deeply meaningful.
Today, as founder of Valuable, Caroline is committed to building a global movement. Collaborating with some of the world’s leading organisations and CEOs, she has identified the new business imperative for success: inclusive business. What Caroline often refers to as ‘The New Green’ is a movement that calls on business to awaken to the untapped potential of the 1 billion people that live with a disability.
