Jim Lawless has been the architect of high performance and change in global organisations, governments and Olympic teams for two decades.
A leading motivational speaker, he has inspired and educated over half a million people on five continents through his mindset-shifting keynotes and workshops and many more through his bestselling book, ‘Taming Tigers’ (Penguin Random House).
He delivers in business but also tests his frameworks personally and in extreme settings, giving him unparalleled credibility with his audience.
He used ‘Taming Tigers’ to become a televised jockey within a year of starting to ride and to become Britain’s deepest Freediver in just 8 months of training. Both whilst delivering his day job (a key element of change).
Jim’s keynotes and whole-conference action-planning workshops are legendary. He now delivers around 100 major conference presentations annually from Las Vegas to Bangkok.
Jim was elected a fellow of the UK’s Royal Society for the Arts in recognition of his writing on culture and change. He is father to two daughters, a helicopter pilot, a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and student of classical piano.

“It exceeded my expectations in so many ways and I wanted to let you know that the unsolicited feedback from participants has been resoundingly positive. A standing ovation is not given lightly by our European Leadership Team – a true testament to the value you brought to our conference and I’m confident that we are ready as a team to both tame and unleash our inner tigers.”
